You did a great job caring for the fabric in our clothing. While we were out of town, we never worried that our clothes wouldn't be there when we returned. We really like Classic Cleaners
Pick up and delivery is great! - no problems. What I do not understand is why you need to put the bag on the same hanger as the freshly laundered and pressed shirts - the shirt always ends up wrinkled at the spot the weight of the bag leans against it. The only other issue is that at least occasionally if not always - regular customers should get a discount price. if I recall, you have lower prices for shirts on Wednesdays. It would be nice to get this price once in awhile - maybe after x number of shirts thank you
Good service and good communication so far. We just started service with Classic Cleaners, and the set-up process and people we have spoken with so far are great, so we are looking forward to a long business relationship with them!

We really appreciate the way business is done. So convenient and the quality of the cleaning is great
I have done business with Classic Cleaners for many years and, overall, I am very happy. The pick up and delivery service is excellent. My only issue is with the pressing of suit coats or sport coats. It seems like one of the lapels is always not a sharp crease. Luckily, I don't wear suits all that much but it is just a bad look and requires additional pressing. Other that, very happy.
Overall our experience is very positive. We love the pickup and delivery option! Our driver is great! We consistently have shirts/blouses that come back improperly pressed/crushed collars, but the majority of our items are done well.
