This was my first time visiting any Classic Cleaners location. The staff was incredibly friendly, service was prompt and more importantly, my shirts were the cleanest they've been from any other cleaner in town.
Very happy with the outcome of the items I had cleaned. I am using the home pick up and delivery service and was a little confused on timing of pick up and drop off. I believe there could be a bit more communication on the time of day, etc. I don't feel all that comfortable leaving expensive clothes on my front doorstep all day, only to be picked up at 4:00pm. But otherwise, I would give this five stars!
It was my first time at Classic Cleaners and I had a great experience. I was in a bind with a tuxedo shirt that had gotten red dye all over it and was attending a wedding in three days. They turned it around in 24 hours and got every bit of the dye out. Will definitely return for my dry cleaning needs. Thanks Classic!

83rd & 465 store: My first impressions was that the cleaner appeared to be upscale and proficient. Order was promptly taken and turnaround was less than 24-hours, which is quite helpful. However, the reason for 4-stars is: The store manager could have been more knowledgeable about the dry cleaning business and internal processes of the store she works at...also, her most common responses are "its my boss's fault". The service was AMAZING! I'm a new resident of Indianapolis from Houston and I took my clothes to Classic Cleaners in hopes that they could salvage the few items I had been able to grab from my closet after mostly all of my family's possessions were destroyed by the recent floods. When I returned for my clothes, I discovered they had done an AWESOME JOB! My clothes looked as good as new. The staff was also very friendly! I would recommend Classic Cleaners to any and everyone. Very professional and quality service.
