I just want to advise you that you have lost a very loyal longtime customer. If you look at all my cleanings I am sure that I spent several thousands of dollars over the years. All of this over a pair of ruined $90 jeans. We can debate whether you caused it or not. But one thing we can't debate is the poor service and attitude of your manager. Great as always. I keep coming to this location because of the friendly service and lockers. I now live around Broad Ripple and work in Fishers, so I drive a little further. I might consider changing if Broad Ripple had lockers.
Danielle Williams was very helpful and professional. Every time i come to tan or drop my dry cleaning off she is very polite and seems like she knows what she's doing. She always has a smile on her face & makes me feel at home. I will continue to come to this establishment only because she goes out of her way for the guest to make them feel comfortable. I trust classiccleaners with my belongings because i know that when i pick them up Danielle will make sure im happy!
