We recently moved, I've called twice about pickup at our new home. No one can tell me if you will continue to provide service. Both times, someone has promised to call back and let me know. I am still waiting to hear. It's been a week. I will have to find another dry cleaner. Up till this point, I have been very satisfied with your service for 2 years.

The employee that took my dry cleaning was not knowledgeable about the services offered whatsoever. She could not tell me what the business shirt laundering entailed or how it differed from dry cleaning. Once I picked up my order everything was nicely done, but also much more expensive than similar competitors.
My comforter & blanket look brand new. Will definitely be returning to the Broad Ripple Tan & Laundry / Classic Cleaner's drop off location. Thanks!
