Excellent customer service. I was promptly greeted, information gathered, and clothes left for cleaning. I had just left Tuchman's for the opposite reason - poor customer service by a woman who was not courteous and ignored my entrance (she was counting shirts). I had to repeat my first and last name to her twice, she couldn't find me in the computer system (I'd been there many times) So - I left. Found Classic Cleaners on my way to dinner and decided to stop. Best decision of my day.
Mike is always pleasant. I really like that he always remembers our name.
Everything was great, as usual.
