Our clothes are always clean and perfect, we are very happy with that part of our experience. We have been utilizing the free drop up and pick up service and have had some difficulty with actually having our clothing dropped off and picked up when they said they will do it. There has been two different days in the last two weeks when our bags weren't picked up at all on the day of pick up, and then when they were called, we were told they'd pick up the bag on the following day, which they did not do either. I'm really satisfied with most everything that comes back with the exception of a specific shirt that never seems to be laundered correctly. Also, every once and a while the collars from a grouping of shirts get squished together, but that is not all that often. Finally, it would be nice to have more specials or discounts, especially with shirts. Thank you, Tom

I had a fabulous first experience with Classic Cleaners! I had been using Tuchman Cleaners because of my 20% hospital discount however my husband encouraged me to give Classic a try. I must say I was definitely "wowed" by the customer service I received both at drop off and pick up. Regina went above and beyond what I had expected making sure I was provided the new referred customer discount as well as the discounted prices for my 14 dresses.
