I'm really satisfied with most everything that comes back with the exception of a specific shirt that never seems to be laundered correctly. Also, every once and a while the collars from a grouping of shirts get squished together, but that is not all that often. Finally, it would be nice to have more specials or discounts, especially with shirts. Thank you, Tom
I just moved to Carmel and wanted to find an eco-friendly cleaners. They were friendly and helpful with prompt service. I liked the email notice indicating that my order was ready for pick-up.
I had a fabulous first experience with Classic Cleaners! I had been using Tuchman Cleaners because of my 20% hospital discount however my husband encouraged me to give Classic a try. I must say I was definitely "wowed" by the customer service I received both at drop off and pick up. Regina went above and beyond what I had expected making sure I was provided the new referred customer discount as well as the discounted prices for my 14 dresses. On Saturday afternoon, I researched the web for where I could get non-toxic, eco-friendly dry cleaning done and results showed Classic Cleaners immediately.
