I was promised that my suite will be ready Thursday by 5 pm but it was not. I needed this specific suite for a specific event but the service promised was not delivered
Very Courteous and good time turn around
I have had a mostly positive experience with Classic Cleaners, but more recently they lost an item from my dry cleaning, said they would send a check for the value of the misplaced item, but have failed to send the check or return my phone calls for months.
Very good and professional
First time visit. Staff pleasant. My concern was they were unable to tell me cost until entered in computer/register. With information given at end of order, harder to make an informed decision, especially with pressure of others waiting in line.
The store customer service is great but when it comes to corporate they don't give a crap they ruined a shirt and lost two of my shirts within just a few months, I have been a loyal customer for 5 years they are only giving half the cost for one of the lost shirts because it was older, but with today's prices it will cost me more, I didn't lose it they did! They are supposed to be a professional company but when they do something wrong more than once that is not professional, so get the message out! They don't care!!
