My issues were handled very well the General Manager Dee was very understanding and explained their policies extremly well they will always have a loyal customer
Service was very quick and I was able to get my clothes back in the same day which most cry cleaners won't do for you. My only complaint is that there was a stain on one of the shoulders of a jacket that was not fully removed.
It was horrible. It was a coupon for 1$ off shirts i came in on Wednesday and i was given a price of 1.99 instead of 1.45

The customer service was great at two stores! I really appreciated the two associates who worked together to ensure I was taken care of. I started at the 106th and Michigan store as closest to me and needed laundry service as my washer was out and was going to take a few days to come in. I needed to have clothes for my kids by Monday. That store could not do it as they sent it out so she found another store that does it on site that could do it for me.
