I dropped off my son's letterman's jacket Friday to have the patch sewn on. The associate was very helpful and offered excellent service. She told me that it may take a week for it to be finished which was fine. To my pleasant surprise I received an email letting me know that it was ready today (Wednesday). I picked it up and received the same level of excellent service but from a different associate and the workmanship was great.
Services provided with no issue. Prices are just really high. I would go somewhere cheaper but they are too far away. Almost $3 a shirt?!
