Nice feature to be able to drop off and pick up my clothes at work. Since I never see a real person however I am not sure if the coupons that I leave with my clothes are being honored as they are not broken out on my bill.
I had to call for my clothing to be delivered. It was a few days later than expected. Thankfully Larry did take care of it and delivered the clothing within a day of my call.
Not sure if you guys have changed pickup schedules, but my clothes sat around in the office for over a week before they were picked up. Once picked up, they seem to have been returned on time.
My issue is that for my husband shirt we are charge more than 7$ because it is counted as a blouse. It is a basic short sleeve shirt. I would appreciate of something could be done
Always have had great service until recently- I received a 90 day past due notice from ?Brandy- I was upset and called. I had paid a bill in February in full and never got another bill until this letter in the mail. Previously had gotten email statements and have always kept up on my bills and certainly was not aware of an outstanding balance.
Your website is impossible to negotiate in trying to update my credit card. When you call me I will give you the info.
