Dropped off 3 blouses at 10:30 am Friday morning. The young lady at the counter said “ Wait till Monday and they go on sale “. I asked when they would be ready if I waited until Monday and she said after five. I told her I needed them by 4 so I would have to go with the regular price. I asked her when I could pick them up on Monday and she said around 10:30am. I went to pick them up on Monday around noon and the gal spent 20 min. I brought in a suit coat with a minor spot on the back and mentioned to give it attention. When I picked it up (it was done when promised), the spot remained and new, larger and more obvious flaws were on the front! It was sent to be re-cleaned at no charge and I haven’t seen it, yet. PS I was hoping to wear it this past weekend. Boo hoo!

When I compared your lake lansing store to the frandor location, YOURS WAS SUPERIOR in not only prices but friendliness as well.The frandor location wanted to add $1.50 more because my pants HAD POCKETS!!!That facility has RUDE,MORONIC employees.The Lake Lansing facility is so much better in every way...very pleased.

The person that was at the counter when I was picking up was very rude. She told me the total which was much higher than I had figured and very snotty asked when I dropped off my things. She was not willing to work with the total and I ended up paying $30 more than I should have, so I will not be returning to any baryamas location in the future.
