I told the lady I had a small stain on the front of my dress hoping she'd make a note of it. When my husband picked it up he paid over $20 on it and the dress came back looking exactly the same as it did when I dropped it off. When I returned the dress I said, "I know I don't take a lot of items to the dry cleaner, but at least if a stain couldn't be removed there would be some kind of a note telling me this. Our church had a lot of linens to be washed. You guys did them really fast! Between setting up our new account, dropping off, and then picking up, several people assisted me. They were all terrific.
I was concerned when I was asked to sign a release for damages before the work was done. When I picked up the comforter I was not told that seams came loose and would need repair.
