New people every day some not so good
I was suppose to have a pocket replaced on a pair of grand. I was given a price and came back 45% higher. Came back paid the higher price got home and nothing and I mean nothing was done to the pocket
Everything was as expected from an excellent dry cleaning professional as Baryames. The spot I was concerned about and did point out was completely removed with no trace.
While the service was friendly and prices reasonable, I'm hoping they correct a situation that happened. I sent 2 shirts, a coat and pants for cleaning... I received notification everything was done and picked up, only to realize my pair of $200.00 tailored pants weren't there later in the day. I attended an event, as a result, in old and ill fitting pants..... I hope they can make this right, and we will find out soon.
Thank you for your prompt dry cleaning. The best part was they were able to get several stains out of a dress after 37 years!!!!
I have been doing business with Baryames exclusively for over 20 years and i have never regretted my decision.I have spent thousands of dollars on all of my dry cleaning and laundry needs to be the well dressed man in any situation.
