Was almost overcharged after specifically waiting to bring in my items until they were on special. I had to prove to the clerk that I dropped them off during the sale period.

I dropped my coat off on a Friday to get a zipper pulley and a dry cleaning. I was told it would be done by the following Tuesday. No one ever contacted me to tell me it was finished. I finally went back a week from the Tuesday it was supposed to be done by. Apparently it had been sitting there. I was charged 25 dollars which is insanely overpriced.

Well, I brought my coat in to be dry cleaned. I was charged 17.00 dollars all together when I thought I should have been charged 7.19 for my coat to begin with. But., because I had a detachable hood, hey charged me extract for that. I felt I was charged too much even though there was a sale on on the dry cleaning.

Cost for a dress, shirt and one pant was almost $40.

Dry cleaning was fine. However I can in to get a button on a blazer moved up 1/4 inch. I was told I HAD to get the item dry cleaned (even though it wasn't dirty) for you to do the alterations. The end result was a dry cleaned item that was NOT altered (for the button). So basically you made me pay for dry cleaning when I didn't want it and didn't do what I actually brought the item in for.

Although my comforter is clean, it is now covered in hair that is not mine. Maybe possibly pet hair and I don't have a pet

I told the lady I had a small stain on the front of my dress hoping she'd make a note of it. When my husband picked it up he paid over $20 on it and the dress came back looking exactly the same as it did when I dropped it off. When I returned the dress I said, "I know I don't take a lot of items to the dry cleaner, but at least if a stain couldn't be removed there would be some kind of a note telling me this. I was concerned when I was asked to sign a release for damages before the work was done. When I picked up the comforter I was not told that seams came loose and would need repair.
