I brought a 2-pc suit to store #2 Fri 8-16-19. I was texted Mon 8-19-19 when it was ready as promised. I picked it up Tu 8-20-19 & it looked good & clean. All my expectations were met for this small order.

From the drop off at the drive thru with my dry cleaning (and your girls bubbly smiles) to the picking it up it is one of the least stressful chores I have to do. I brought in an old hunting suit and the suspenders got broken when they were taken off the suit . I get it things happen but I was expecting a coupon or discount . The cleaning bill was 48$ DeWitt Mi .

I had seen the sign outside for Jackets for 6.99. Imagine my surprise when I went to pick it up, a very light jacket, for over $13.00. This is the second time I was shocked by the price. I will find another dry cleaner.

I dropped off a formal dress and tie, to which I had a coupon for $8 for the dress. The gal working said she would have the manager contact me the next day as I needed to sign a disclosure form for the dress due to the beading. I had to call back twice before getting in touch with the person. I ended up not getting the dress cleaned as the cost would have been at least $75 as they would have to hand clean, again due to beading and details. I appreciate being told that rather than it just being done! Thank you!
