Men’s suit pants backside crease was improperly finished at top; it had 2 different creases each going in a different direction and different heights. Across the backside of the slacks there were “4”, yes, four pressed creases each one about 3” long along the seam. Was greatly frustrated with this poor pressing job.
Customer Service is always friendly and helpful. My clothes are always ready at the time when they say they will be finished.My clothes are always return clean and neatly pressed. Thank you for your service.
A sleeping dress was missing. The driver picked it up from my house but didn’t send it back.
Slacks cleaned and pressed well. Returned in the promised time frame.
$20 to clean a dress, and it was still stained. Ouch!!
Overpriced
I've been dealing with them for over 10 years or so, I am very please with a business, I don't think there to not a clean us in Lansing kid top what they do for any Customer.
Too expensive to charge for a string-tie as a full piece
