My recent visit started poorly and finished well thanks to Melissa. A discount was not applied to my order and I was being overcharged. The good news is that Melissa - who is new and hadn’t dealt with this type of problem yet - was able to figure out how to get the discount applied to my order.

Extremely overpriced as they own the entire Lansing market. Even “specials” are twice the cost of other dry cleaners not located in Lansing.

I HARE the fact that your company placed a bar code tag onto my uniform shirt WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION!😡 You undoubtedly weren't concerned that this particular item doesn't belong to me, but instead is the property of the U.S. Government. In my attempt to remove this UNAUTHORIZED tag it tore the shirt, which means, I now have to PAY FOR IT!!!
