There was no way to get past the screen that asks about how I want to use your services. I chose AT OUR STORES, but it would not take that choice, and I have no need for pick up or delivery..

I am a new customer and new to the area. I had a very awkward and unwelcoming experience with Ms. DEE from Grand River Store during my first transaction. I tried to call the main office twice, however, I haven't yet received a response. The cleaning was great. the little issue I had with my shirts was quickly resolved. Dropped a star for that and the fact that the hemming on my pants was returned loose and I was told by a rude manager that this is my problem without even listening to my comment. and the coupon was not applied. I would have still given 3 or 4 stars if it weren't for Ms. Dee (the manager). She belittled me and spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful way. Very disappointing service. Paid $22 for a polo and pants launder and press. 100% cotton. No special care needed. Same service at Maurer’s is $14. Most I have ever paid in 40 years of having laundry done. Thank you

The absolute worst customer service, quality of work and value for the money. Last time they smashed three buttons on my jeans that were starched. Denied it happened in their care. Because I smash buttons to the point of not being able to fasten them to wear, right??? Today I look down while driving and they are burnt from the press on the thigh. I actually wish I could give this place no stars. This place is so far downhill… I don’t even know where to begin in saying how bad my experience in working here was. The Workers definitely need to be paid more! All that hardwork and no real lunch breaks. Smh… this world is ending. Hopefully they finally take that “Floater” position down too. Nobody is EVER gonna want that. And if they do, they definitely won’t be happy doing it! …
