My entire order was not ready and what I was able to pick up had just came from the presser and was not pressed well. The other half of my order was in the pressing area. I have been a customer of American Cleaners for a long time on and off. Going back to the big blue location that use to be on Morehead. Never have I received poor quality services like this.

The third party who sends your email coupons never send me dry cleaning coupons. They only send Housrhold coupons- I never bring household items in. Seems they are not doing a very good job for you if they know nothing about your customers habits The emails are of no value to me. When zi asked about it you only said it was up to them,, Well they should be working for you on customer retention.

A whole new crew, now. The old crew knew excellent customer service, everyday every time! I felt celebrated ! Not now. The price is high. But, they do good work! The Alterations person needs help! It's not ready when promised. Now, I'm treated like I came at a inconvenient time on a Saturday...Not near closing time. I've worked more than 30yrs in Customer Service. I know it when I get it.

I live in a condo complex where we are supposed to get next day service. I’m lucky to get 5 day service. To top it off, they regularly forget to return all the items I send them. I always have to call. They lose my drop bags too and fail to provide new ones. I feel that they overpriced for them level of service they provide. Will be switching to a dry cleaner near my building that provides better service. I would no longer recommend them

I had 11 pieces clean you took the buttons off of one of my suits and when I got home the buttons wasn't put back on. So have to come back to the cleanest and see if y'all can find my buttons to put back on my suit.

I wasn’t greeted when I walked in , I had to say how you doing? The fi this she said was . How can I help you? Explain to her what I need. She said well do you want them clean. I said ,no . Just want the zipper repair. It wasn’t a Atmosphere for me to come back. I didn’t get that Cheerful . The Impression to me that she didn’t like her job.
