I ask for my shirts to be folded over hanger. Even ask them to put it in they notes, because i come often. And guess what? Shirts was not done the way I’ve ask An it have happen before

The information on file is correct. I found in the “return closet” a pair of pants and a shirt from April that ARE NOT ours. I have sent them back with the driver who says that a code in the articles should direct them to the right owner. Jane Townsend, Sharon Towers

Way too expensive and the coupons that you sent are two complicated I think you should use a coupon when you pick up your order instead of when you drop it off sometimes you don't get the coupon until you drop it off but again it's way too expensive the only way I use American dry cleaners is if I need something in a pinch the next day same day maybe it's worth the money they charge then but regular dry cleaning I don't think so

The young lady with the big mouth at the front counter, and her nasty attitude has caused me to move my service somewhere else after using American dry cleaners for over 45 years I am getting the rest of my clothes out and I’m going to another cleaners. Her name is Natasha and she was rude obnoxious and very unprofessional to me various other cleaners in the Charlotte area that I don’t have to deal with the attitude.

This is James Monroe, 980-214-2931. I am very satisfied with the polite, and quality service I receive from American Cleaners.
Too expensive for 19 pieces to be pressed only. $223. That was $20 plus a piece. I am looking elsewhere. Love your place though. But just need something a little less expensive.
There was a piece I brought that cam out, horrible. My question is, if you can’t clean it especially prior to doing the work. Than don’t take on the Job! Unless your just looking to make a dime… The other shirts came out fine, but very wrinkly. 🤷🏾🤷🏾🤷🏾
