They have a little kureg machine for coffee. They will email you when your order is ready -- mine was 1 day early than the estimated time. It took a few days for just one item (trench coat). I thought it was really expensive -- like $14 for one trench coat, and that's after their 15% off Yelp check-in discount. The location is beyond convenient for me, so that made up for the price I guess. I wouldn't bring loads of clothes here. View Cleaners is a little expensive compared to other places you could find in southern California, but for Irvine it seems to be within range. If you overlook that, you'll see that they do a very good job with their cleaning services. I have been taking my shirts, pants, and jackets (various styles, not just work/suits) to View Cleaners for a couple of years now. UPDATE: I recently got a call from the business owner, Pierre, who was very apologetic and explained to me that the higher cost was the result of the fact that I had brought in a designer suit; apparently for designer suits they have a policy of cleaning each piece separately. He offered me a credit for more than I paid and assured me that he would talk with the employees who were on staff at the time. I recently took in a down bed cover to be dry cleaned. When I asked how much it would be I was quoted $45. When I went to pick it up it was $80! Apparently, they underestimated the size of the cover and so they had to charge me more. I went ahead and paid the difference, but the experience didn't set well with me. A few days later I heard from the general manager who apologized for the misunderstanding and offered me a generous credit on my account. I asked for same day service and was told, "No Problem". I pointed out a spot my other cleaner could not get out and View got it out.. They have me as a customer.

I was in a wedding a few weeks back and had delayed getting my dress fitted. As the time drew closer I found View Cleaners and much to my surprise they had a seamstress. Not only did they guarantee my dress earlier than expected, but she was absolutely.... A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! It is hard to find a cleaners that cleans shirts and jackets to perfection. Especially pressing which is important to me. For me I pay for quality and to know that the dry cleaner backs their cleaning service. The quality of the finished product is key for me which has to do with soild experience which this place has. Laslty the service is good as well.

Not many pieces, 1 jacket dry cleaned and 4 shirts clean/pressed. I needed few pieces for the next day, so I had hoped that they could do that, which they could. However, when I got my bill, i paid close to $20 for all five pieces. I seriously could have find another place to do the same job for cheaper. I know it's in Irvine, but that was just too much for just 5 items. I don't think I'll be returning again.

I actually think that this place is not THAT bad. It's not the best dry cleaning I've had for my clothes but its not the worst. I have been here twice and I think that the customer service was actually pretty good. The lady was really nice. Other than that.... I brought in a silk dress here the first time and they did a really good job. The only thing was I thought it was a little pricey but everything in irvine is pricey so I'm not complaining.
