I've given View Cleaners more than one chance, and both experiences were awful. First, I brought in a pair of jeans to be hemmed, and they completely botched the job. The stitching was uneven and sloppy. I had to take them to another tailor just to fix the mess they made. Still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I later brought in two shirts and a sweatshirt to have some stains removed. The sweatshirt came out just okay, but nothing impressive. **Be aware that this business has an "F" rating with Better Business Bureau and is not BBB accredited. I was referred here by another eco cleaner due to a move away from my previous cleaner. Was very happy to have an eco cleaner close by. Dropped my items off and she did not provided an itemized receipt, but I thought it was just because they were busy and she didn't have time. Hi Pierre, just following up to clarify a few things. I encourage you to re-read my original post. The item I referenced for pickup three months later was the cloth American flag, which your staff claimed had been donated--not the shirt you're now referencing. Secondly, I want to make it clear that at no point did I accuse you or your team of being dishonest. I understand that mistakes happen--items get misplaced or miscommunicated. Dishonest? No... this is the absolute worst cleaners. first of all they dropped off somebody's stuff along with mine and charged me over $700. then when I complained about having someone else's stuff here, it took a lot of convincing to be reimbursed for paying for someones laundry. I came to realize my belongings had been washed and mixed with this other persons belongings. Time to look for a new dry cleaners I could not believe when I picked up a blazer and they charged me over $27 to have it cleaned. I believe they've raised their prices. I will not be using them anymore.

Terrible business and customer service. First they ruined my designer sweatshirt and gave me a store credit for much less amount I paid. Now they lost my jacket and were extremely rude with me. The issue is still unresolved.

Never come here again. Over charge too much. A small short dress, they chaged $45! Be careful, when put the clothes there, should ask how much, Or they always over charge!

Adding on to my review to the below response from Mr. Pierre C. Yes, the last time I dry cleaned this garment was at your dry cleaners in June of 2023. Since that point, I kept the garment stored in my closet in the plastic garment bag for the season that View Cleaners provided (ironically you have an instagram post advising people to do this: https://www.instagram.com/reel/C3bMstDPfHq/?igsh=ZWI2YzEzYmMxYg==).
