My garments were dirty and they cleaned them. Perfect. Iconic. 5 stars.
I think the professionalism is superb and the clothes look like they were taken care of well. Also, I love the system where each item is accounted for by entering the color and brand of the clothing item for tracking purposes. However, I believe it is way too over priced; ~$20 for a large jacket is preposterous. That is my only complaint...

In general, you provide decent quality work and service, and I am satisfied with those general aspects. Issues with no recourse up to now: 1. I have had complaints from your front line staff that my ring around the collar is not cleanable with laundry and need to dry cleaned. I am no expert, but I am able to easily remove the ring around the collar by water and a tooth brush. This is an extra chore I have been doing before I bring my shirts in.
