I'm surprised with the previous ratings and negative reviews for this place. I have visited this place more than once and the service has always exceeded my expectations. I love the convenient free pick up and drop off and the many promotions this place has to offer. Love the $5 off on every 5th visit!
View Cleaners has been my dry cleaner of choice for over ten years. Whenever I have a difficult stain I can almost bet they will get it out. My dress clothes last longer than they used to and have better shape. Whether I take in an inexpensive or name brand pieces, they treat each piece like it is their own. I would recommend them to anyone who cares about thier clothes.
View Cleaners has been an excellent dry cleaner for my family and me for over 10 years! They have always provided my clothes on time, delivered wonderful dry cleaning results (including reconditioning and stain removal), and are extremely friendly. I have also used them for some minor tailor/sewing work, with great results too. There is no reason for me to go elsewhere, and I look forward to supporting their business for many years.
My husband and I have been delighted with View Cleaners ever since the present owner took over. We continue to take all of our cleaning there plus my husbands shirts for laundering, even though we moved to the other side of Irvine. I have never had such a better cleaner. The biggest part---an excellent spotter. My daughter in Chicago and my daughter-in-law in San Diego give me their "special" cleaning and "hard to get the spots out" cleaning as they don't trust anyone else either. I brought in six items for cleaning, and the total came to $125.27, which is extraordinarily expensive comparable to, if not exceeding, the prices one might expect at a five-star hotel. It also happened to be my birthday. According to the company's website, they advertise a $10 birthday discount. However, when we arrived to pick up the clothes and requested the discount, we were informed that it only applies after establishing business with them for one year. Tried to take my cloths there and they tried to charge me more because they were designer clothes. Reason was if they lose it. You should not be in business if you regularly lose clothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! Unless you want to be over charged for having good taste.

Very expensive, $110 to dry clean a down comforter (full/queen)! I might as well just have bought a new one for less. They cleaned it but should've gone anywhere else and paid half that which I was expecting but was in a hurry so on me for not waiting and going elsewhere
This place is just wildly expensive, like more expensive than dry cleaning at a fancy resort. Because of this, we didn't end up getting our stuff cleaned there, so I can't comment on the quality. My impression from the detail on these receipts is that they take their work quality seriously, and they definitely examined the garments closely. I've given View Cleaners more than one chance, and both experiences were awful. First, I brought in a pair of jeans to be hemmed, and they completely botched the job. The stitching was uneven and sloppy. I had to take them to another tailor just to fix the mess they made. Still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I later brought in two shirts and a sweatshirt to have some stains removed. The sweatshirt came out just okay, but nothing impressive.
