We just moved to the area, and we were stupid enough to give them a shot. Only use them if money is not important to you, and you don't mind spending frivolously on dry cleaning. No price list at the store, and when you come to pick up, you realize you have been fucked. Will I be back? Absolutely not. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.

This place is terrible. They charge $3.75 for a men's laundry and $10 for dry cleaning a shirt. Even the top places like Kona aren't this expensive.

First off, the photos they have posted are false advertisement! The only true photo is the outside of their store. I will not be returning to this cleaners due to prices The lady wasn't able to provide a cost of my cleaners when I dropped them off and to find out the price once I picked up my order. Wayyyy overpriced. Customer beware! Ask for pricing on all pieces upfront! This place charges double then any dry cleaner I've ever been to. They charged me more then the actual items cost to buy! I even spoke with a lady who claims to be the manager and she justified the cost saying the names brands cost more to clean... Bebe is not that expensive!!! Tried this place because it's more convenient relative to where I live over my regular spot. The work was fine, what you would expect when getting your cloths dry cleaned, but the price was insane. They were charging me $10 per shirt which is more than double what I pay at my regular spot. Why would I pay more for the same quality work, needless to say I won't be returning.

I really have never written one of these reviews but I feel compelled to do so because I feel like I have been royally ripped off. I had a dress dry cleaned and 3 shirts laundered there the other day and was charged around $25.00 and that was using a $5.00 coupon. I questioned Abi (the girl helping me, who was very courteous and polite, by the way) and she said that the dress had an 'up charge' because it was a designer dress. Pierre the manager contacted me after seeing my comment. He was very nice and offered a $15 coupon as an incentive to return. We spoke a bit about the pricing and his defense was what you would expect - they put more resources into caring for your clothing and have a robust quality control process. I suppose if you want to pay a lot extra for this that's your prerogative, but I certainly don't. This place is an absolute rip off their prices are outrageous 8+ dollars to dry clean a shirt???? Are you using gold plated machines or what??? when I asked why it was so expensice the lady on the phone had no explanation just ahhh...ahhhh.aahhhh Will not be using their services again they do nothing special but charge through the nose.....not impressed

Ruined my suit by spilling bleach on it. Apologized, but then made me pay for the dry cleaning. That was the only item I ever took there, so maybe it was just 'a mistake', but the service was bad and the suit was ruined.
