View Cleaners does a wonderful job on cleaning and repairing clothes. Everything is ready faster than promised which is a nice surprise. I have never been disappointed.
Quality, clean, friendly, professional and superior from the quality of their work to a satisfactory customer service experience. A little on the pricey side; however, you are paying for the top/superior quality of their work and you will notice the difference upon retrieving your garments/items. First time customer with 25 pieces that had been exposed to moth larvae. I arrived minutes before closing and expected impatience. Instead, I met Manuela, who was pleasant, accommodating, and happy to answer my questions. If their quality of work is as good as their customer service, they've earned another loyal customer.
I wish their prices weren't so high. But, this is Irvine -- south of the 405, and commercial real estate is like a money pit for the Irvine Company. They do good dry cleaning. But, that's their job. Do I get Five Stars for doing my job? Only if I went above and beyond my duty. Can their prices be any higher? They know I have no other option nearby.
My favorite cleaners ever! They have gotten stains out of clothes others haven't. Since I have children and drink way too much coffee, I often give them a challenge. They surpass my expectations every time.

View Cleaners is a quality cleaners. The customer service provided by Manuela the manager is excellent! She proactively called us to let us know one of my husbands shirts had a stain on it and she sent us 2 very friendly reminders that the shirts were ready. They are not the lowest priced cleaners in the area so don't expect a discounted cleaners, but the friendly customer service is refreshing.
Martin is our delivery person and he is very prompt and courteous. We just love how the dress shirts come out. The extra care they give such as replacing buttons and stays and the cuffs and collars are actually clean. And delivery is free!! They don't have that dry cleaning smell either.
I wouldn't send my clothes anywhere else! They are extremely competent and dependable and the front desk staff is very welcoming and nice! Our pick-up and delivery driver, Martin, is also great! They even honor last minute cleaning requests for those or us who need something tomorrow and they have very convenient hours of operation. We have used them for many, many years and have never been disappointed! They are number one on my list of local businesses that I totally depend on.
