I would have hoped for better from a sanitone cleaner. From the way they press dress shirts, it's obvious that they don't really care about them. my dress shirts had wrinkles pressed into them, and the pleats on the sleeve weren't even pressed at all.
I paid View Cleaners to dry clean a blue cotton dress in October 2008. The dress, when returned to me, was approximately two sizes smaller than it had been when it was left with the cleaners. Dry cleaning cannot shrink articles of clothing (to my knowledge), and so it is my contention that View Cleaners (accidentally or not) actually laundered my dress rather than dry cleaning it, contrary to the contract which indicated that I had ordered dry cleaning.
