This place is an absolute rip off their prices are outrageous 8+ dollars to dry clean a shirt???? Are you using gold plated machines or what??? when I asked why it was so expensice the lady on the phone had no explanation just ahhh...ahhhh.aahhhh Will not be using their services again they do nothing special but charge through the nose.....not impressed

Ruined my suit by spilling bleach on it. Apologized, but then made me pay for the dry cleaning. That was the only item I ever took there, so maybe it was just 'a mistake', but the service was bad and the suit was ruined.

Wow...I know dry cleaning is expensive, but these guys take it to a whole new level! They don't post any prices anywhere, and when you pick up your clothes, they don't give you an itemized bill unless you ask for it. When you apply a coupon, you never know if you're actually getting anything off, since they don't tell you what the original price is!! Service is decent, but definitely NOT worth 5-10 times what other cleaners charge!!!! Save your money, folks.

I brought in a cotton knit dress and was charged $24 dollars for the cleaning. A well worn dress not soiled or stained and when I questioned the price I was told that Theory is an expensive brand so it costs more to clean. So if you bring in a Valentino or Dolce Gabbana the charge will probably run over $100 dollars I presume. They overcharged and ruined some of my dress shirts. I found holes in two of my shirts and the collars were shredded. Will not return!

I try to contact with this "virtual customer" didn't return my email. NO surprise on that. We are the Only Certified Environmental Dry Cleaner in Orange County. We are trained and certified. We have been in business over 21 years. You need to come up with better reason to ruin my business. We are not a Shredding service. Not only we shred ,we put holes :)) Yelp becomes a toy for this type low life people ,trying damage Family Owned Businesses.
They have a check in deal, that they don't even accept. The check in deal is for 50% off on Dry Cleaning Pick up or Delivery. The first time I came to get my shirt dry cleaned and pressed (tried the coupon and they gave me some excuse). The shirt cost about $5 to dry clean. The second time was for my girlfriend's dress. Not a huge amount of cloth or anything just a small simple skirt. This cost $20. She tried to use the check in deal as well, but they gave her some sort of excuse as well. Even though the staff is friendly, their prices are robbery!!! $$$$$ I called several locations to compare and the costs at View Cleaners were double if not triple what the average of other places I called to dry clean a plain dress shirt. BUT, I had to take here as I was doing all of my errands that day in that location so it only made sense gas wise to take here. Look around if you can afford to take in your items to somewhere a little more cost effective/more bang for your buck!

They charge too much to fix a little hole that I would fix myself if I wasn't in a rush. Service is good and people there are nice though.
DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM I have been using these guys for a few years. The laundry quality is OK and no problems. I gave them one winter coat to dry clean once and they destroyed it, blaming the designer. HERE IS THEIR SCAM Over time I noticed my regular cotton shirts get notices on them that they have to be dry cleaned, thought to myself, they must know something I don't.
