It was good but my hoodies are looking pretty dingy the last several times I always have them dry cleaned. ALWAYS, never washed @ home. The price increases and less of your usual professionalism. Sorry but it’s the TRUTH
Your prices rare too high!!!
I could not pick up a pair of dress pants because they said they were washed with a pen and they were supposed to get the ink out and I have not heard from them still.
WAY overpriced!!!!
I believe you over charge for simple things you do everyday. $10 for women’s pair of pants is excessive. Your coupons for $1.00 off are a joke I bring a lot of business in, and get very little benefit over a cut rate dry cleaner
Order was not followed out, AGSIN. I ask for everything to be creased and noticed when I got home that four of my golf shirts were not creased at the sleeves. Now I have to go back and tell the staff. The staff probably thinks I’m rude as I am always complaining for things like this. Not my fault, dry cleaning is way over priced so I will always make sure I get what I pay a lot of money for.
I saw your sign that said in by 11 out by 4. So I decided to give you guys a try for the first time. I brought a uniform, a couple shirts, and was hoping that I could get those items earlier I say like 3:30, which is my surprise the items wasn't ready! So I went back to work without my uniforms. I was quoted one price and when I picked up I was charge twice as much never again. Sorry first and last time this happends.
I really hate to complain but not complaining has caused me to look for another company to iron my shirts. I have taken pants to be cleaned and have gotten them back with lint all over them I am mediately said something and they took care of it but yesterday I took a shirt in to be ironed for a Christmas party The shirt look like a 10-year-old ironed it I’m not looking for perfection but I paid for a shirt that I was embarrassed to wear.
