Service was good but quality of dry cleaning poor. I left two suit jackets there to be redone. Normal soiling around the neck was not treated. The same with sleeves around the bottom edge. I’ve learned if there are any spots check before you leave.
This last visit went well and had no issues whatsoever.
The service is always fine. However the prices that are being charged and making the rewards program less rewarding has made me shop my dry cleaning after this last experience. I like the place I go to. I just don’t like that we don’t get good rewards and that we are charged an arm and a leg. Competitors have coupons that run all the time, same day service and are less expensive for the same service
The dry cleaning was fine. I took one pant suit jumper to be cleaned and it was $14.99. That just seems a little excessive to me. It’s hard for working, single people to afford to have anything dry cleaned. That’s why I only maybe bring one or two pieces a month in and I try to buy clothes that don’t need to be dry cleaned.
All my jeans were wet on the pockets and not fully dry
My second review here after over 10 years of coming here. I think I won't be coming here anymore. After the last couple times, I have had spots still on my uniforms, and dirt and salt from sweat that has not been washed out. I know plenty of co-workers who have also had the same problems. I think they are just drying it and forgetting to clean it. I need my stuff cleaned, not just pressed, especially for almost $14 a uniform. Going to be moving my business elsewhere. The young lady was very nice... my clothes were suppose to have starch and creases on all... most weren’t pressed and very few creases... this is sad for me right on my way home... thank you for reading
I was not given all my items and the girl couldnt find the one misding i had to go back and get her the order so she could verify but still could not fi d it but as she was revolving the rack i spotted it in someone els order, this wad not okay
I thought the pricing was high. I got 8 garments cleaned and it was over $100.
