I saw your sign that said in by 11 out by 4. So I decided to give you guys a try for the first time. I brought a uniform, a couple shirts, and was hoping that I could get those items earlier I say like 3:30, which is my surprise the items wasn't ready! So I went back to work without my uniforms. I was quoted one price and when I picked up I was charge twice as much never again. Sorry first and last time this happends.

I really hate to complain but not complaining has caused me to look for another company to iron my shirts. I have taken pants to be cleaned and have gotten them back with lint all over them I am mediately said something and they took care of it but yesterday I took a shirt in to be ironed for a Christmas party The shirt look like a 10-year-old ironed it I’m not looking for perfection but I paid for a shirt that I was embarrassed to wear.

First time using their service, I was quoted one price at dropping off, then when picking up it was considerably more expensive. When I asked the young woman helping me why it was so expensive, she was very matter of a fact & stated, it is what it is.. A slimple sorry you were quoted a wrong price would have been nice... She was very smug... I won't use service again...

I spent $90 and non og my shirts were creased! The service has gone down.

This is the third time I have brought items in to your location and asked to have them folded for travel. Each time I picked them up the items were on hangers! Today the girl asked if I was “sure” I requested the jacket be folded!! Oh I am positive as I hate wrinkles. Made sure the girl understood my needs before I left!

The crew at Today Cleaners are awesome, had a shirt i ordered online took it straight to have it laundered they immediately called me to inform me that there was a rip in the back of the shirt... but to my surprise they fix the rip at no charge!
