I don’t think that the clothes came out sharp enough. Partially wrinkled and cuffs pressed in the wrong spot.

They lost my suit jacket. I was obviously very upset. However, the manager contacted me directly and told me they found my suit jacket. She was very professional and apologetic. She credited my account $50 for the inconvenience and did not charge me for cleaning the suit jacket. Although, I was inconvenienced, I thought the manager handled the situation correctly. I was going to switch cleaners, but I have decided to give them another try because of the manger’s professionalism.

They lost my jacket. The manager said she is going to search for it and get back to me by the end of the day. How do you lose someone’s clothes? I have noticed a dramatic decline in service at the location I have been using for the past 9 years. I am already starting to look for another cleaning service that will be consistent in the service they provide and appreciate my business.

I’ve always had great luck and quality work done. A majority of the items I bring in are work shirts that I get starched, sleeve a creased and pressed, here lately my work shirts have been done very sloppy with the button pieces folded and creased over and hung full of wrinkles. I feel the effort is not put in to what I pay. I will be having a talk with management the next time I drop clothes off

One time I had heavy starch on my jeans when I put them on they where wet in the seat of the pants on my suit cooler all ways ask them to.prest my colers down they never do seem like the price changes ever time.

I picked up my order today from your store at 13061 Rosedale Hwy (Store #21) but on getting home noticed that the pant was not well pressed. I returned to the store hoping to have the pant pressed again but to my surprise it got worse. The employee handed me a pant that was wrinkled and told me that it was the best she could do because my pants had linings. This was my first time using a dry cleaning service. I wanted the clothes that I was wearing for my daughters wedding to be perfect so I took them to the cleaners. I picked them up and they were worse than when I took them in, wrinkled and covered in lint. I was very disappointed . However after the redo every thing met my expectations of what a professional cleaners would provide. I am grateful that the remedy was immediate and cheerfully provided.
