I have had 4 shirts damaged or totally ruined. I will seek dry cleaning services elsewhere
You accepted a check for the dry cleaning bill, and then had to call back to say that checks are not accepted. Poor customer service but satisfied with the dry cleaning of my husband’s shirts.
Took my clothes and received only half of them .
2 sweaters to clean is over 16 dollars ...way 2 expensive.
I was supposed to receive a call from supervisor about my damaged dress and I never did. I asked twice and was told she would call me.
Disappointed that no laundry service. Spending $51+ to have golf shirts dry cleaned was not what I had in mind. Plus, needed my boxers laundered, since I am visiting from N. Carolina.
I am not sure if you’re asking about Customer Service or dry cleaning quality? Customer Service is not up to par for me...Not very friendly and act like you are taking them away from something they should be doing. The quality of dry cleaning is great
Today cleaners never disappoints and I would not pick another dry cleaning place, it is my go to place for dry cleaning.
I gave your counter person specific directions about texting and not to send me any texts , she failed to follow those instructions. The prices are a bit high for the services provided.
