I picked up my light Jacket yesterday and i was going to wear it today,. Unzipped iand it has a small burn and about a 6 inch tear in the linner. Nobody said anything about this when I picked it up. Not happy.
Ruined my new pants never followed creasing on the multiple washes and press which left various lines on pants shirts were dirty and ceased wrong also people don’t know their job will never go back
Should be no stars gave them a chance over and over again they do not know their trade their better off working at Mc Donald’s you want people who know how to clean wash and press go to Texas
Pick up my coat the same spots still on I asked the answer was we tried Came back home my wife took care off it It was so easy ... Very bad service you should train your employees how to deal with customers Never go back !!
Might just be a one time thing, but they didnt put military creases on my uniform for work. Usually they've always done this without asking.
Had to return a shirt that the collar wasn’t clean. The attendant told me it was a stain, I told her to try again. Haven’t got it back yet.
My dry cleaning was done OK. I had to bring my tuxedo jacket back because however it was pressed it was not done correctly. The right side of the jacket would not line up right for the buttons and it looked bad. It was an inconvenience to bring it back and luckily I didn’t need it right away.
I had 2 blouses and a wool neck warmer in the drop off bag. When I picked up the laundry the neck warmer was still dirty and had not been touched, 🧐 Please instruct staff to dump out contents and not just reach in.
Was not happy dropped off my pants to be kreased and all what was done was pressed.
