The young lady who was working was very patient with customer who was impatient and rude.

I have been your customer since 2003. I took a simple, old polo shirt for laundering and I got charged $ 5.99 for it. This was just to be laundered, NOT DRY CLEANED. In fact, it said so right on the ticket when I picked it up. The lady at the counter gave a few cents credit. You have been advertising $ 2.00 plus to do shirts. I think I am owed a credit. I was surprised the person coming out to the car was not wearing a mask- there is no way to social distance and it was not safe. I will not be going back because of this
All you have to do is make your coupons printable. The UPC code never has printed on my end. The rest of the ad if fine. Nobody has an answer.
Over priced and no plastic cover over my expensive jacket 🧥!!! I was a couple weeks late picking it up so because of your employee incompetence now my jacket has dust and whatever else kind of pollution and chemicals from your crappy store all over it!!! Really? Wasn't able to remove a couple of stains from some clothes. Ok with it. Attendant provided useful in information to avoid stain in future.
My shirts looked worse then when I dropped them off
When I dropped off clothes I showed the young lady a rewards ticket for $10. Told me to put in bag with clothes. I did. When I picked up clothes I wasn’t given credit for $10. Young lady said nothing she could do but would leave manager a note with my information. Sometimes when I put your discount coupons in bag I do t get credit for it.
