Wrinkles around the pockets and cuffs. Also bottom hem on shirts ironed folded up which is fine if they are tucked in but not very good if worn out. Your quality has suffered in the last year.

My designer jacket was damaged. The zipper was broken off. Instead of fixing it I was told since my jacket was technically still wearable, all they would do is refund my dry cleaning fee, ($9) or if I had the original purchase recipe they would refund the cost of the jacket. The jacket was Baby Phat. I have had Baby Phat jackets damaged in the past, but other dry cleaners have always fixed the damaged part.
