Too pricey
Customer Service was wonderful. However the actual work was horrible. I took blk levi jeans and a brown coat and got them back excessively faded. Both first time cleaning and its not fair that i got them back faded. I expected better quality of work especially since its not economicly friendly.

I think that the shirts should have been ironed with the pleated on the back.
Good customer service even though my clothes were not ready when promised. and your prices are sky high.
So quick and the costumer service is above average. I havent used a dry cleaner in many years. I like the customer service so much that I brought more dry cleaning to drop off when I picked up yesterday! Thank you!
The last time I went in the customer service was excellent, but the time before that, I was not waited on and not greeted. But when another person entered they were greeted. It was like I was invisible. I typically do not mention this, but this one disturbed me...
