My husband Richard McCathron intended to drop off 4 shirts yesterday. He told Employee TLV that he wanted to pay for it because his wife, me might be picking it up today. He told her that one of the shirts is brand new. She told him that it would take her 15 mins to process that shirt. Note: no one was in the cleaners. This the third time I receive a coupon and follow the instructions and it’s not honored. There’s always an excuse to not honor it when I pick up my clothes.

When we picked up our last 2 drop offs they had lint all over them. One was a brand new Tuxedo and it was obvious yet it was still handed to my husband. At that moment he asked about it and was met with an employee that just grabbed it back and used a lint brush and handed it back like it was no big deal. When you pay to get your clothes dry cleaned there is a minimum standard that needs to be met, consistency is not the trend here. It happened again today. I picked up my drycleaning (shirts) and my discount was not applied. This used to happen many times before, I became frustrated & started to take my drycleaning elsewhere. Clothes still smelled as if they were not cleaned. I asked if something could be done. Was told can spray the exit spray but would smell worse. Still had to pay full price even though clothes smelled and were not dry cleaned.
