It happened again today. I picked up my drycleaning (shirts) and my discount was not applied. This used to happen many times before, I became frustrated & started to take my drycleaning elsewhere. Clothes still smelled as if they were not cleaned. I asked if something could be done. Was told can spray the exit spray but would smell worse. Still had to pay full price even though clothes smelled and were not dry cleaned.

Honestly too expensive …. I just moved from LA and your prices are more pricier than out there.

Today cleaners does a great job with my clothes plus the staff are very nice and helpful also they have very good customer service and friendly

I haven’t yet picked up the comforter that I dropped off for cleaning, and I have no problem with the price of $35. to have it cleaned, however I am displeased that I had to pay in advance.
I’m very happy with my clothes they do a very good job plus they have very good customer service always smile on their faces thank you to all workers who work on Fairfax and oswell
