Employees were rude and order was not ready even after giving extra time
All you have to do is make your coupons printable. The UPC code never has printed on my end. The rest of the ad if fine. Nobody has an answer.
Totally shocked at overpriced cleaning. Will look for independent cleaner trying to compete in overpriced market.

This was my first time using a dry cleaning service. I wanted the clothes that I was wearing for my daughters wedding to be perfect so I took them to the cleaners. I picked them up and they were worse than when I took them in, wrinkled and covered in lint. I was very disappointed . However after the redo every thing met my expectations of what a professional cleaners would provide. I am grateful that the remedy was immediate and cheerfully provided. 2 sweaters to clean is over 16 dollars ...way 2 expensive.
I was supposed to receive a call from supervisor about my damaged dress and I never did. I asked twice and was told she would call me.
My shirts are being pressed with major wrinkles in them. I have taken back about 7 shirts.
