I like that you are open 7 days a week and are in a convenient location. I also liked the email notice that my item was ready.
you are doing a great job. but I decided to do my pants my self because of the cost and they are permapress and I buy them for $11.00 a pair
We use the Auburn Store, staff is excellent, courteous, helpful . Quality of work is excellent as well. Love the coupons ! Like that we can get coupons on line too!
My coat looked better than when I first bought it and was brand new. I loved it!
The military creases on my uniform shirts have not been straight creases on multiple occasions. The issue has been brought up to the manager several times and it's always the same response "leave the shirts another day and will fix it" or "I'll notate it for next time you bring them." This is unacceptable customer service towards a loyal customer. I had the manager print me out the invoice for this year and so far I have spent over $1,000 towards my dry cleaning at today cleaners. The 15% off coupon was not applied to my bill. I received the email and clicked REDEEM before I left the house for Today Cleaners. When I returned with my order today, I checked the receipt and noticed no discount was mentioned. I just spoke with the nice man at your 21st Street location who said the discount was not applied to my bill but it does show in my account. Unfortunately, the discount expires very soon. This is the second time that the white shirt are not clean, collar and armpit are dirty!!
