Excuses are like rear ends, we all have one , it's just that some of us have bigger ones! Equipment failure was yours. A phone call was never made to me. Three trips to pick up a duvet cover. It was still not fully pressed. So sorry for your company. I won't be back.

Everything was taken care in an ok manner.... Nothing went wrong, I just did not feel like their was any difference from doing business at this location to any other cleaning location except the ability to have my items on the same day....
