I brought a shirt on Saturday (July 1) to put bottons on it! I was told to come in Sunday, July 2 to pick it up! Yesterday, Monday, July 3, I went to pick up my shirt and no one knew where the shirt was! Then to find out that my shirt was left alone and no one worked on it! The store manager who was supposed to work on the shirt left on medical leave without working on my shirt, and did not even assign some other staff member to work on my shirt! They employees weren't friendly. It seemed They were just there for the job. They did allow me to use my $1 coupon when I came back to pay. But my dress was too expensive. I'll be going somewhere less expensive.
Article was ready in a timely manner. The collar was actually clean! It had a few questionable spots that were gone when I picked it up!
