Nothing to tell. SOS (same old stuff). Came dropped off my shirts came back picked them up complained about the price‼️ When I started With Today cleaners shirts were 99 cents to launder and press and much done by hand. Now over $3.00 and mostly done by a machine. (Robot). Less help lower cost. Higher prices. Lets go back to the old system. Thanks for listening. I guess? PS Now I wear it several time before laundry now in the past sent it after wearing only once, dirty or wrinkled or not you got it back no more

I am not sure if you’re asking about Customer Service or dry cleaning quality? Customer Service is not up to par for me...Not very friendly and act like you are taking them away from something they should be doing. The quality of dry cleaning is great

Today cleaners never disappoints and I would not pick another dry cleaning place, it is my go to place for dry cleaning.

Service was good but quality of dry cleaning poor. I left two suit jackets there to be redone. Normal soiling around the neck was not treated. The same with sleeves around the bottom edge. I’ve learned if there are any spots check before you leave.

I thought the pricing was high. I got 8 garments cleaned and it was over $100.

Every time I drop off shirts and dry cleaning, I present a discount coupon. I’d say 90% of the time, the discount does not appear on my tickets when I pick up. I have to remember to check, and it slows down the process. This last time, I even dropped off to the owner, and she was training a new employee on how to make sure the discount is applied. Upon pick up, the discount, again, was not there. Frustrating, but they’ve nearly got a monopoly on the one-day service.

I had included my e-mail coupon in my drop off bag- the full printer sheet, yet it was overlooked somehow and not applied to my order. When charged full price at checkout I mentioned the coupon in my bag, so the cashier applied an undisclosed discount amount, which turned out to be less than the coupon. Upon my complaint another worker did say she would take my info and talk to manager to give me credit on my account for the difference in cost, however, they could not refund me cash for the difference.
