Hello, I brought in my comforter on Saturday, 3/19 at or around 9:30am. I was honoring your in by 11:00am ready by 4:00pm. I was then told that it would be two days for it to be ready to pick up. I inquired of the sign on the large windows and that was in before 11:00am. The clerk said it was a household item and they do clothes first. I said where is that written and/or shown? My black sweater has crumbs/stuff all over it and the cuff is dirty It looks WORSE than when i brought it in. I have a picture if you would like to see it. I brought a duvet cover in and SPECIFICALLY asked that it be folded only one time to ensure as smooth a finish as possible on our king bed. The employees at your Market Place store are first class and I have no issues. Due to Covid 19 and policies, I am not wearing dress shirts much these days. Let’s pray that this mess goes away soon.
They were able to remove a huge stain on my bridesmaids dress the day before the wedding... couldn’t thank them enough
Its always horrible clothes dont be right then I ask the lady to separate my Jersey from my sisters and she put them both together anyway so our Jersey were wrinkled the second time this happened to me the first time it was my mothers dress for her funeral this is sad
Pick up my coat the same spots still on I asked the answer was we tried Came back home my wife took care off it It was so easy ... Very bad service you should train your employees how to deal with customers Never go back !!
Might just be a one time thing, but they didnt put military creases on my uniform for work. Usually they've always done this without asking.
My dry cleaning was done OK. I had to bring my tuxedo jacket back because however it was pressed it was not done correctly. The right side of the jacket would not line up right for the buttons and it looked bad. It was an inconvenience to bring it back and luckily I didn’t need it right away.
Nothing to tell. SOS (same old stuff). Came dropped off my shirts came back picked them up complained about the price‼️ When I started With Today cleaners shirts were 99 cents to launder and press and much done by hand. Now over $3.00 and mostly done by a machine. (Robot). Less help lower cost. Higher prices. Lets go back to the old system. Thanks for listening. I guess? PS Now I wear it several time before laundry now in the past sent it after wearing only once, dirty or wrinkled or not you got it back no more
