Your company was supposed to mend my husband pants and failed to do so. When I dropped them off, I asked the clerk and she asked a lady in the back and she said she could do it. I was reluctant to take my husband’s pants there bc I have brought shirts there once and hated the service and the way the shirts were taken care of. Pants were wrinkled
The attending technicians during the drop off and pickup were excellent. Upon examination of the pressed shirts, I was disappointed. The sleeves were not pressed especially on the cuffs.
Service has been getting poorer here over the past few months. I had coupons in the bag I dropped off and they were overlooked. Just before paying I reached into the bag and pulled them out. They were on top of the clothes in the bag. Disappointing.
Outrageous prices, no customer appreciation. Very uncaring about customers needs. Waterfall cleaners is so much more efficient, reasonable, and personable. Bye bye .
Since you no longer are open on sundays it completely ruins my ability to use your service. A family member accidentally turned in my bag thinking I was doing the same thing I have been for years but didn’t realize you aren’t open sundays so I’m stuck without clothes until I take a day off and drive 4 hours to pick it up. Why on earth would you close on sundays.
Tried to charge me for two T shirts that didn’t belong to me plus $8.99 per shirt. Ridiculous! I have been an excellent customer for over 20 years.
For the second time They did not use the coupon that I brought in with my order. I usually bring in 2-3 large bags of clothes to be laundered and inform the person I leave the order with that there is a coupon inside; but when I pick up My ordernit is not applied to the order. It’s so frustrating!!!
Closing now on Sundays is a mistake and a problem in our house !
