Every time I drop off shirts and dry cleaning, I present a discount coupon. I’d say 90% of the time, the discount does not appear on my tickets when I pick up. I have to remember to check, and it slows down the process. This last time, I even dropped off to the owner, and she was training a new employee on how to make sure the discount is applied. Upon pick up, the discount, again, was not there. Frustrating, but they’ve nearly got a monopoly on the one-day service.

I had included my e-mail coupon in my drop off bag- the full printer sheet, yet it was overlooked somehow and not applied to my order. When charged full price at checkout I mentioned the coupon in my bag, so the cashier applied an undisclosed discount amount, which turned out to be less than the coupon. Upon my complaint another worker did say she would take my info and talk to manager to give me credit on my account for the difference in cost, however, they could not refund me cash for the difference. I asked if a button could be sewn on & it came back attached to the spot where it should have been soen but if was affixed by a plastic thread like the kind you see a price tag on clothing attached with.

Your company was supposed to mend my husband pants and failed to do so. When I dropped them off, I asked the clerk and she asked a lady in the back and she said she could do it. I was reluctant to take my husband’s pants there bc I have brought shirts there once and hated the service and the way the shirts were taken care of. I do not think your clerks listen to you when you bring your stuff in. They are always in a hurry and seem preoccupied. Never again! I usually spend $200 a month on dry cleaning, but not there. The attending technicians during the drop off and pickup were excellent. Upon examination of the pressed shirts, I was disappointed. The sleeves were not pressed especially on the cuffs.

Service has been getting poorer here over the past few months. I had coupons in the bag I dropped off and they were overlooked. Just before paying I reached into the bag and pulled them out. They were on top of the clothes in the bag. Disappointing.

Outrageous prices, no customer appreciation. Very uncaring about customers needs. Waterfall cleaners is so much more efficient, reasonable, and personable. Bye bye .
