I had an old stain on a favorite white blazer. The girl at Today Cleaners wasn’t sure if it would come out, so my expectations were low. However, the stain came out completely and the blazer looks like new again!

First you closed my regular store on Mung and Stine. Then cut my loyalty discount from 30 to 20 to 15% .Now closed on Sunday’s. What’s going on.

We are new to Bakersfield. First time to use Today's Cleaners. Ordered heavy starch. 15 shirts -Every placket on each shirt has wrinkles, each collar will need to be pressed before wearing. I also forgot to ask about the coupon to get discount when paying so I was charged full price. When I ask if I received coupon discount they said no since I didn't ask when paying, but were willing to give me credit on next order. $3 plus for shirts is a lot to pay for shirts that need to be pressed before wearing.

Dropped off clothes with coupon but service was so busy that I couldn't ask question about the coupon. They just took the bag and said it would be okay. When paying they did not use the coupon (20% off) because one of the articles of clothing did not apply so minimum was not met. I could have gone back home to get another article of clothing that would apply if they had the time to answer my question instead of brushing me off and saying it would be okay.

I called ahead to ensure that my down comforter was ready before I went to pick it up because I was informed that these specific comforters took around two to three days to wash thoroughly. They said my comforter was ready and I live about 7 minutes away so I headed straight over. When I got there, they had to pull the comforter out of the dryer and I assumed that they had just put it in there to get any wrinkes out. I gave my paper coupon to be applied with my order at the time of drop off. Cashier said she was going to attach with my garments so that they would apply the coupon when I pick up. Well, not only they forgot to apply the 30%coupon I gave to them, but also they lost my coupon that I could use again for the future until 7/28/17 !! I brought a shirt on Saturday (July 1) to put bottons on it! I was told to come in Sunday, July 2 to pick it up! Yesterday, Monday, July 3, I went to pick up my shirt and no one knew where the shirt was! Then to find out that my shirt was left alone and no one worked on it! The store manager who was supposed to work on the shirt left on medical leave without working on my shirt, and did not even assign some other staff member to work on my shirt! They employees weren't friendly. It seemed They were just there for the job. They did allow me to use my $1 coupon when I came back to pay. But my dress was too expensive. I'll be going somewhere less expensive.

Article was ready in a timely manner. The collar was actually clean! It had a few questionable spots that were gone when I picked it up!
