Too expensive $10 to laundry or dry clean pants that’s horrible and un heard of! I mean the lady told me i dont get a choice and that it didn’t matter dry cleaning or laundry same price

Poor customer service. And my shirts had creases where they weren’t supposed to have creases. I asked if they could quickly I am those out. And they gave a lame excuse oh that our machines are down now you’ll have to come back the next day. Not Acceptable. It just seems like that’s the work ethic nowadays.

I took two items jacket & pair of pants I mainly wanted them ironed I pinup my items & the pants were all wrinkled I was so upset to pay 10.00 for a lousy job
