Asked that they get creases out of tablecloth. They put creases in it. Had to take it back. Rude customer service rep. Will never use Tide Cleaners again.

Back in March, I was there to pick up my cleaning. One of my sweaters was ruined. It was totally falling apart. It was brand new. And it was not cheaply made or poor quality. I bought it the month prior and wore it one time. The person behind the counter said that the cleaning instructions were properly followed and it might be a faulty product. I brought in a bedspread and asked that it be washed in accordance with its tag. It was “wet cleaned” instead, resulting in higher fee and unpleasant odor which persists. I will not be back.

It took two weeks to get the two pieces I put in pickup box. Had to call several times and was told a manager would call me but never did. Will not use again.

Did not deliver all items...and there was no notification. Checked with local store and they said items will be delivered on Monday?

Too expensive. Paid $19 to dry clean a dress and that was after a 20% discount. I was charged extra because some rayon was in the material content of my dress. I am calling cleaners all over and find what they charge, if any extra for rayon. I think this is a money maker! msm

Part of my cleaning items were not delivered with the main part of my order. I was quite disappointed to learn, after leaving several messages, that these items were outsourced and would require an additional 1-2 weeks to be returned, especially since I had sent them previously and they were returned promptly. Please do a better job of informing customers when this type of situation will occur.
