your driver instead of using a obvious call box at my house entry gate, he left my clothes outside of the fenced in gated area, for anyone to steal my expensive clothes walking by my house. that can't happen again or will not use this company again.

The staff doesn’t follow up customers instructions
On September 29, tide dry cleaners return all 20 garments and they smelled like really bad body odor. It was as if my clothes had not been cleaned, but stored with some really smelly clothes from other people. I sent a complaint to Tide, about 10 days ago, and they have not responded. Tide usually does a great job, so this perplexes me.
Subpar quality recently. I had the same shirt dry cleaned three times, and they just couldn’t get it right. Sad, because I really liked coming here.
The prices are so high. Will not be returning.
