People are friendly and always greet me. However, no matter how many times or how many ways I communicate my preferences (crease pants, fold sweaters) I can't get what I ask for. It's written in my profile. I write it on a note and drop it in the bag and/or I tell the person accepting my cleaning. Without fail, in each order processed, at least one pair of pants will come back with no crease and sweaters hanging rather than folded.
Since we have moved to The Woodlands area are experience at the Goslin/Research Forest has been awesome.....the timely service once you walk in the door either dropping off or picking up is the best. Kudos to everyone there!
Our cleaning is almost always done just perfect. If there has been a problem, you are always agreeable to trying to fix it and make sure that I am happy/satisfied with the cleaning. Most of your employees greet me by name right as I walk into your store. Makes it feel like a small town where people know and remember you. We really like the $50 free shirts earned at Men's Warehouse too.
I was overall satisfied with the customer service and the speed at which my items were cleaned. The only issue I had was the price was a bit too high. In the future I may look for something cheaper.
We are very satisfied the level of service provided, and specially to the friendly and professional staff.

Staff is always very helpful and efficient. MW is not the least expensive alternative, but I continue to use the service because of the staff.
I have been using a competitor, and have been complaining about my experience to my better half(wifey). She suggested that I try out someone new for a change. It has been a great experience, the clothes come out starched and looking new, the people at the counter are friendly and professional. Going back again this week.
